{Simple Syrup}


Many cocktails and mocktails call for Simple Syrup. Simple syrup is, well... simple!

1 cup sugar
1 cup water


In a small saucepan bring sugar and water to a boil and simmer until sugar is dissolved. (about 3 minutes) Remove from heat and let cool completely.

Simple Syrup can be made ahead and stored in a glass jar for up to one month!

Non-sugar, zero calorie Simple Syrup

1 teaspoon powdered Stevia
1 cup water

In a small saucepan, heat water. (does not have to boil) Add Stevia and stir until disolved. Remove from heat and cool completely.
