{Huckleberry daiquiri}
1/4 cup fresh or frozen huckleberries
1 to 1 1/4 ounce white rum
1 teaspoon corn syrup
1/4 cup ice (less ice if berries are frozen)
1/4 cup orange juice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a large cocktail glass. (makes one serving)
