{Spicy chocolate muffins}
Spicy Chocolate Muffins are their very best when served warm from the oven.
Spicy Chocolate Muffins
1½ cups flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash ground cloves
*Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
2 eggs slightly beaten
¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup melted butter
*Mix and pour over dry ingredients until moist and bumpy.
Lightly grease muffin pan and bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
